it was perfectly with a very nice location with great staff. Everything was amazing 🤩

Spacious bath in two queen bed room. Nice clean new and soft towels!

overall, it was a great experience and we’d be happy to stay with WADE again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The staff was incredibly helpful. It is clean, comfortable, nice kitchen area. The location is great!

Clean and close to my neighborhood

Great location in Chinatown. Great cost benefit

So close to airport. It was fantastic since we had to be at airport at 3:30 am

Walking distance to restaurants, transportation and stores. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is amazing. I really enjoyed having breakfast at the adjoining restaurant Land & Lake every morning. The service was impeccable and we felt really taken care of. The hotel is beautiful and clean and was a wonderful home for a few days.

What I like about the hotel is the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the comfortable atmosphere. It feels welcoming and well-maintained, which really makes a difference in my stay. I enjoy the room, location, amenities.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable bed.

The location was amazing and the suite was súper clean

Great location, we were able to move in the downtown so easily. There is a subway station near and the neighborhood was pretty.

Location was very central. Although the hotel is quite old, it is well maintained and the staff was super nice!

Everything. Great place to know the main turistic places of Chicago.

Very friendly staff!!! they deserve 20 (from a scale of 10!)

The location is perfect. If you don't have mobility issues, you can go by walking to the main point in downtown.

Staff was nice and location general good

The room is new and all automated, the staff is very friendly and helped me a lot, it was a really great stay

The hotel's location is great — you can pretty much walk anywhere from there, and there are lots of bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly and polite. If you're visiting in the spring or summer, you can borrow one of the hotel's bikes and ride around Chicago. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The toiletries smelled amazing. I didn't use the gym and saw that the pool was closed, so if you're interested in using the facilities, it's best to check in advance to see what's open

Front desk staff super professional and helpful. Daniel helped guests a lot with his knowledge and friendly services.

The hotel is worth every penny. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient. Rooms are spacious and amenities are a plus. Location could not be better.

Excellent location - very convenient with great staff. Good choice of breakfast options and very generous portions.

the staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious and nice, and the breakfast was exceptional!

My 7 y/o son and I stayed for 8 nights. It was such a perfect experience. Beautiful, exceptionally clean and centrally located. Every employee made sure we were taken care off. The room was very spacious given it’s in the middle of the city - and the view was amazing. Their free breakfast was also over the top. I was impressed how every employee took their job so seriously. We felt special! And every day they cleaned our rooms, even when we didn't ask.

My stay was great just as I planned . customer service was beyond expectations

Everything, the location, the facilities, the room, the bed, very very nice.
