What a great stay at this beautiful brand new hotel . The Mercure hotel front desk, shuttle & housekeeping staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & take care of our every need. The rooms with all of the extra amenities & touches were excellent. We will definitely be back. A Big Thank you to Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport staff !!!!

The property is really good, centric if you plan to go ginza akihabara ueno team-lab and Disney all of them 15-30 min, also the room was very confortable, you have all amenities, just be aware there is no closets but a place to hang your stuff, mini-markets 24/7 closed by and inside the hotel with ATM i really loved the hotel the people and everything, also consider as you go to japan most places are self service so don’t wait for carriers or people to ship luggage to your room overall. Loved the daily Nescafé and water served daily. Also be aware to put make room button so they go and clean your room otherwise they will leave a message so they don’t disturb you. Station was 2 min walk from hotel.

Hidden gem in the middle of Akihabara. An island of order in the chaos of the district. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is totally recommendable, way better than regular buffet. Room is not too big, but for Tokyo it is just amazing.

I booked 5 hotels on this Booking platform for my recent family trip, this one was no doubt the best one we've stayed! It's about 5 minutes' walk to a main road and the Ueno station of JR and Tokyo Metro, and 10 minutes walk to the Ueno Park, yet it is very quiet in the room and outside the hotel building. The room is large enough even with an additional bed, and the equipment in the room are all very advanced, easy to use, and have carefully designed details to ensure the guests have safe and comfortable stays. They were the best equipment I've used in this whole trip. The staff were all very nice and professional, their English were all very good, especially the accent was very close to American English accent. I had the easiest and the most relaxing communication with the staff in this hotel in my whole trip. Due to our schedule we only had one breakfast and one dinner here. They were all very tasty, and the fruit available in the breakfast was surprisingly good. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Tokyo in the future.

    The staff is very firendly, helpful and nice. The parking lot at the bottom of the building is convient for those who drive (cost 2000 yen for single entry with 24hrs max). There is a ramen shop on the same street which opens till 3AM and offer take away, together with few convenience store. The free disney shuttle is great but book ahead.

    Location was very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station, and there are a lot of convenience stores close-by. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute short walk from the main Shinjuku area, so there are also a lot of restaurant options to choose from. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I booked a car park spot during my stay, and they reserved it for me days prior. When I asked where I need to go to park the car, the staff personally walked me out to the car park to show me the location.
