They upgraded us to an even better room than we had booked and it had the most breathtaking views, which made our stay much more magical. Breakfast in the morning was a huge plus. It was a little further of a walk to get to the main town area, however the views along the way never got old for us so we didn’t mind at all. Would absolutely stay again.

SerbiaBeautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Big bathroom with all necessary things. Two single beds "acted" as a matrimonial bed. Very comfortable mattresses and warm quilts. Large radiator over the entire wall and heating throughout the night. Low temperatures of minus 16 degrees were not felt due to heating. Safe box in the closet. Nice shared balcony. The staff added us an extra bed for a child. The staff is a special story, very kind and polite (staff at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaners...). The hotel owner and managers can be proud of them. Very good breakfast with a lot of choises. Next to the hotel is the Intersport shop where you can rent winter sports equipment with a 10 percent discount based on your stay in this hotel. The position of the hotel is excellent, a 5-minute walk from the railway and Gornergrat stations, 10-minute walk from Sunnegga station. Coop and Migros supermarket just a few minute from the hotel. All in all, a beautiful experience.

The room is clean and comfortable, with all the equipment.
It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the train station, and it is also very close to the bridge where can perfectly take pictures of Matterhorn.
The shuttle bus arranged upon arrival and departure also brings a lot of convenience.
The most unforgettable thing for me is every staff at the reception. They are friendly, helpful and take care of me like family.
My four days stay here was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Zermatt!

This hotel exceeded all expectations — truly exceptional in every way. The service was outstanding, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome; nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious options. Returning from skiing each day to a thoughtful little surprise was such a lovely and memorable touch. The spa was the perfect way to unwind and really completed the experience. The entire hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. Without a doubt, this was a five-star stay from start to finish!

The breakfast was excellent, five star service and quality.
The hotel is beautiful, definitely different to any previous hotel experience I have ever had and the views amazing. I liked the pool, jacuzzi and spa. The staff was very helpful and attentive and super friendly.
The hotel also arranged a pick up from the station and even supplied us with a take away breakfast on the last day, as we had to leave early.

I loved Zermatt and its spectacular mountain scenery.
I loved Zermatt and its spectacular mountain scenery. Unfortunately, I experienced altitude sickness while visiting Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, which limited my time there. Despite that, the area was unforgettable and well worth visiting. The hike down from Gornergrat was a highlight of my trip—on par with dog sledding on the glaciers in Alaska, swimming near Black Rock at Kāʻanapali Beach in Maui, hiking Pīpīwai Trail, or snorkeling at Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve on Oʻahu.

Tasch is a pretty little village surrounded by mountains with lots of walking trails. The food at the Matterhorn Inn was very good and there was a supermarket next door for any snacks and drinks needed for a day hiking.

Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

Our experience of Blatten was amazing!
Our experience of Blatten was amazing! We were blown out by this little gem! We went up the cable car, had some drinks, came down and some more by the restaurant across the street. From our cabin we walked down to a restaurant and had a food experience of a lifetime!

Tasch is a quiet village before Zermatt. if your destination is Zermatt, which is for close to 100% people, it is better to stay in Zermatt, because commute to Zermatt will cost you about $24 round trip. Thought the train in comfortable and runs every 30 mins.

Tasch is a waypoint for Zermatt.
Tasch is a waypoint for Zermatt. Other than good rail service to Zermatt I could not think of anything else that I would recommend. At the hotel they told me you can go for a walk around town, which appears to be a single main street, and a small nearby lake.
