Walk through the Royal mile, discover the ''hidden gates'' and underground cities. Worth to check The World's End pub and Devil's Advocate (at Advocate's gate) Try out local pub food. Try out local whiskeys and learn 5 beautiful regions of Scotland where they produce the whiskeys. (and buy 1 or 2 to take back home) If you love Harry potter , you will be amused in this city. And if time allows , i strongly reco to take a Highland tour, worth to visit.Guest review byNilNetherlands - 8.0

A very comfortable stay in a spacious room with a comfortable bed. Access to the airport is so easy using the shuttle bus. We made use of the lovely pool and sauna which was a bid plus. We would definitely stay here again.Guest review byBarbaraUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The location was very convenient, with a market nearby that offered everything one might need during a short stay. While the approach lane wasn’t particularly impressive, the apartment itself exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained and very comfortable inside.Guest review byREHAN HABIBUnited Arab Emirates - 6.0

While I found the room itself comfortable and well-presented, unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by a series of distressing events. During the night, there were repeated electricity outages which triggered alarms multiple times. This culminated in the arrival of firefighters at my room—an unexpected and unsettling experience. To add to the concern, there was no staff present at the reception during this time, which left me feeling quite unsafe and unsupported. To date, I have not received any form of apology, explanation, or gesture of goodwill from your team. I believe a situation like this warrants not only a sincere apology but also a degree of accountability and customer care, especially considering the level of disruption and concern caused.Guest review byStephanieUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Queensferry is a lovely town, but suffers as all have from shops being turned in to hairdressers and charity shops. Could do with a little bit of care and attention to some of the lovely old buildings which are looking a bit stressed.Guest review byMalcolmUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Quiet town, only 2 restaurants available for dinner.
Quiet town, only 2 restaurants available for dinner. Not much to do except for the Linlithgow Palace, which was a must-see location. This town is perfect for a short visit, or if you want to take a book and sit by the loch for an afternoon of relaxation. The hotel was less than a half mile walk from the train station, so the location was very convenient for a short visit from Edinburgh, where we spent most of our vacation. The palace is technically a ruin, but you can climb inside the towers and see all the rooms, guided by a free audio app on your cellphone. This town has manicured garden beds and lots of flowers - very historic and charming.Guest review byGustavUnited States - 8.0

The waterside bistro is a short walk through St Mary's churchyard, which is opposite the hotel, food was delicious, there is a lovely walk along the riverside, and also another pub The Tyneside Tavern which has a great italian style restaurant. Haddington is a lovely picturesque little town, & quite central for visiting North Berwick, and a good distance to get into Edinburgh, where you can park & ride, picking up a tram at The Port of LeithGuest review bykennethUnited Kingdom - 10.0
