One of my favourite cities in Italy.

One of my favourite cities in Italy. The air smells of leather everywhere, and yes, everything in the area is pure leather! I bought a significant events bag at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't complain! Super cute! DO not forget that the Galleria di Accademia and Uffizi are also here! Leisurely walking around the city from the hotel is convenient. All the flagship stores and museums of the top Italian luxury brands are born in Florence, so it makes the experience more fabulous! Florence is the birthplace of the Renaissance and thinkers like Machiavelli, and I love that fact. Wanna see Michelangelo's David? Make Florence one of your solid destinations in Italy!

Siena is an absolute gem, with a lovely sense of community and friendly people. There is so much to see and admire, but the Duomo (and especially the new Porta del Cielo) is the star attraction. But avoid Palio time if you don't like crowds!

Was not impressed with the city and expected more given all the review I read online. My disapointment could be due to the fact I visited in February, so off season. I booked two nights but decided to only stay for one and left early. Even though I booked a room in the central part of the city I did not feel safe walking the streets at night.

Viareggio has everything - beautiful sandy beaches lined with beach clubs each with their own beach bar and restaurant, a wide promenade, good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Some bars/restaurants offer an amazing plate of anti-pasto which is complimentary when you buy alcoholic drinks. An excellent Thursday morning market selling everything from clothing to shoes and handbags. Some hotels can be ridiculously expensive so shop around for a good rate.

    Great Places to visit.

Great Places to visit. We walked along the strangely paved streets to the Basilica of San Francesco. The second church built by the Fransiscans, building work was begun around 1290. Made our way to the Roman Amphitheatre of Arezzo.Testifies to the importance that Arezzo had for the "Eternal City" Loved the Piazza Grande and the food.
