- From $441.38 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.6Good - What previous guests thought, 316 reviewsI usually don’t write reviews, but this place is pure magic. everything was amazing. I was hesitating to book because of the terrible reviews they have here, but after staying there, I can’t understand them. perhaps it comes from people that don’t understand the concept of the hotel or are looking for a complete different type of holidays… you won’t find a crowded all inclusive resort there, if that’s what you’re looking for. this hotel touched my heart and soul. It gives you the perfect platform to disconnect and reconnect. I felt so connected to myself, to the nature around and overall present and grateful. every corner of this place is specially curated and extremely beautiful. also the daily activities included for the guests are great. i tried the spa and it was exceptional. they have holistic treatments for the body, mind and soul. some of them performed by a shaman. everything was perfect, including the staff… the angels, security, the waiters, mixologists, hostesses, sommelier, bell boys. I was treated with love and care. I felt at home. I was so pleasantly surprised that I had to extend my stay. and if I could, I would have stayed longer. I will definitely come back.Guest review byRebecaUnited Arab Emirates
- From $640.03 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 6.6Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 172 reviewsOne of the most amazing vacations we have had in a while! The staff, the rooms, the ambiance, clean beaches, conveniently located, everything was amazing! We spent 5 days here and honestly was so relaxing. Wifi was great, air conditioning, room amenities, all fantastic. I will say the private pool was cozy, although the water was not temperature controlled. The staff is wonderful at assisting with setting up dinner reservations, Cenote tours, towels for the beach, etc. We came in October when the season is slower and with lower occupancy was really nice. Saturday night is their beach club party and well worth it. Pro tip, buy water and alcohol from local convenient store and keep in your room. Water is $6 per bottle everywhere and that adds up just as fast as alcohol. During the party, you can go back to your room and have a few before returning for the party. :) Highly recommend asking the staff for bicycle rentals and using them to get to places during the day! At night however, be mindful and get a taxi for your safety. When we go back to Tulum, high chance we will come stay at PPP again!Guest review byCarolineUnited States
- From $825.42 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 633 reviewsI stayed one night at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and it was so much fun!! Our room had this amazing ocean view. The music around the hotel was nonstop and gave the whole place such a fun, energetic vibe. The staff were super nice, and there was always something going on, from cool drinks to fun by the pool. Even though it was just one night, it felt like a mini vacation packed with good vibes and pretty views. Totally recommend if you wanna have a good time and feel like a rockstar.Guest review byAmandaMexico

“It’s a great place to visit, especially if you need dental care. The costs are significantly lower than U.S. pricing, and the professionalism is truly outstanding. Beyond that, there are plenty of places to explore, and it’s very budget-friendly.Guest review byMorgan - 10.0

A safe, very walkable city with amazing food and great place to stay for many excursions! Friendly people and loved the warm weather! Our favorite restaurant was El Templo! We ate there twice! The food was delicious and priced reasonably!Guest review byclaudiaUnited States - 10.0
Safer than advertised in uk.
Safer than advertised in uk. Police around every corner but we don’t believe they need to be there. Lots of friendly people. It’s a little off putting that store holders shout at you to go in their shops but I suppose they want the customers. I’m just not into being dragged into shops, I like to choose where I go in. Most shops are selling the same items tooGuest review bySailor girlUnited Kingdom - 2.0

As a family with tweens we did not enjoy Tulum & will not be back. The kids were not allowed many places/ restaurants. Algea covered the beach (it was july), the restaurants were priced higher than where we live but the quality of the food was poor. If you are a family I would skip and go elsewhere. The cenotes in the reason are awesome!Guest review byCaralynUnited States - 8.0
Holbox Island was great.
Holbox Island was great. The center has an easy/casual vibe but lively and has good restaurant and store options. They had some great trendy cafes, also the streets are sand and can get flooded so don't plan on dressing up. We took the ferry there and a private boat back. I like the private boat option better. It was just as quick and a little cheaper and we had a really early flight so the ferry's werent working. If you have an early flight from Cancun, do not stay the night before on Holbox Island. It will require some extra planning if you do. The sandbar is beautiful. We went to coco beach to see the Bioluminescence by ourselves and it saved us lots of money because we were a big group. The taxi drivers are not very friendly but they typically follow the prices that they post but you will get the sly one sometimes. overall, I would reccomend Holbox and the Island life.Guest review byElizabethUnited States - 10.0

Check out the two light shows at the downtown church and the ex-convent. Both, unfortunately start at 9pm so you might have to catch them at two different times. For more affordable food options, don't bother eating at the Calzada de los Frailes restaurants. Most places are overpriced!Guest review byHugoUnited States - 8.0

We've lived in Merida for 2 years and Campeche is our favorite get-away. Seaside on the Gulf with a long and beautiful Malecon. Any type of restaurant you could ask for. The entire Historical Centro is very walkable. The portions of the remaining fortification are impressive. Plenty of tours to take and sightseeing to do. In our travels in Mexico, we have not encountered a nicer main Mercado. Not the largest, but one of the cleanest with some of the best produce we've found. They do not have Uber, but the taxis are reasonably priced.Guest review byChascoopUnited States - 6.0

I enjoyed the natural beauty of the areas outside the touristy downtown area. I rented a scooter and drove the entire perimeter of the island (about 2 hours around without stops), but there are a few sightseeing locations, so plan a bit more time. I was there to go scuba diving and it did not disappoint. Once you get out of the touristy areas Cozumel is basically a rundown Caribbean island with not much to offer.Guest review byJohnUnited States
