The staff misled me on the times for the Shuttle to the Waterfront. They told me that it comes every one hour. But on 10h00 on Friday morning they then told me stories that on Friday it starts at 17h00. The staff there refused to put my ice-pack to keep my eyes drop medication cold on the day i was checking out whilst they were fully aware that the temperature for their small room fridges is very weak. i felt like i came to an inhumane hotel because in my whole life i was never refused to use a deep freezer to ice my ice bag for the journey home from the hotel.Guest review bySydwell - 10.0
