So clean and comfortable. Great location very close to sea front. Fabulous cottage with lovely comfy beds and lovely bedlinen, well equipped bathroom and kitchen area with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Huge TV with wall to wall seating in the TV room. Lovely kitchen diner area. Huge en suite bedroom downstairs.

Convenient location very close to Brent Cross West station. The units are freshly done, so it was a very comfortable stay. Everything you needed from stove, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, TV, etc. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower.

They are actively renovating units, so if you come during the day (8am-4pm) you will hear the odd construction sounds. My main concern, is that it is behind a gas station and when we arrived (around 8pm) there was some unsavoury people loitering around.

We loved the hotel and staff, location was ideal for our requirements. Not the most modern hotel, but it is honest clean and comfortable. Everything we wanted on this trip.

Location to airport was excellent. We arrived day before flight and had lovely walk on Felton Downs Breakfast in room was generous and we appreciated biscuits etc
