A family run business, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited but fine and dietary requirements catered for. Good restaurants close by. Would definitely stay there again.

All of the rooms are upstairs with no lift so would not be suitable for people with mobility issues

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, changing my 4th floor 'attic' room for a lower ground floor room because at 70 years old I found the winding staircase and no lift a challenge. The bed was comfortable.

The room was very small, the bathroom was so small that the door wouldn't open completely hitting the sink and making it very difficult to close. The doona was very thin with no spare blanket. Wifi was impossible to obtain unless my phone was touching the room door. The bathroom sink plug was stuck, water emptying slowly. Hot water took a long time to become hot. Breakfast was adequate. Real orange juice would be a good idea, the juice they served was super sweet. A toaster for customers to use would also be nice. Overpriced at £100/night.

Nice hotel, nice room.. nice location ..Tea maker in the room ( like it) there was an ironing board and iron that worked that was really useful .Nice staff ..

We did not realise two flights of very steep stairs to get upto the apartment with two children and taking our luggage up got a parking ticket. 4 year Son was playing on the floor and found a cigarette butt, dirty apartment, no toiletries, WiFi does not work which meant evening when children had gone to bed couldn’t play music or watch anything. Advertised as 3 beds but only a double and a single when messaged got told sorry it is only two. Tried messaging about how dirty it was, WiFi, no third bed so my husband slept on the floor and no toiletries and no reply. Tried what’s app and booking messenger Very disappointed as this trip for was our sons birthday. Very uncomfortable stay curtains don’t fit windows either so very light which meant son couldn’t sleep. All in all not impressed atall. Lack of communication very disappointing
