The staff were all really friendly and helpful Plus they listened to what was being said to them For example I'm allergic to mint I said it in passing when ordering bar food About 10 minutes later I was advised that mint was used in the preparation of the dish I'd ordered and so I was advised to order an alternative Excellent location

A bit crowded at breakfast around the food area, however the breakfast was nice. The drinking water machine on corridor not working. The idea of filling water bottles very good for saving plastic, so nice if it worked. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Window in our room had dirt in and a snail on the window... and the back of the toilet didn't seem tk be sweets. Also feel the car parl near outside room.cpuld do with a tidy up

Very warm in bedroom even with window open. Obviously short staffed at breakfast. Replenishing breakfast items took a long time to the point that we’d all finished before scrambled eggs arrived.

I didn’t get much sleep because the sound insulation is so poor, at least in the part of the building I stayed in. You hear every noise from adjacent rooms, every step on the stairs, noise from the pipes.

Dated room, needed serious renovation and cleaning. Wallpaper hanging off. Massive ridge in the bed. We asked for another room, which was better, but did not make up for the extremely uncomfortable 1st night.
