My family and I have just had a wonderful stay at The Lilly! We received a warm welcome from Adam. Our rooms were spotlessly clean,well furnished and cosy with a good sized tv. The beds were comfortable with beautiful bed linen and the bathrooms were good with lovely hot showers. The staff were all brilliant.Our breakfasts and evening meals in the restaurant were delicious. The Lilly is in a fantastic location with amazing sea views. We were enjoying our break so much that we stayed another night. We would love to return Highly recommend!

It was good we could get a room so late in the day due to a flight cancellation. But at a price of 139 pounds for one night, no breakfast and a bathroom with mould in the tiles, very basic facilities, it was not good value for money, but hay ho, we had a bed for the night

It was very very basic. only luxury was the tea and coffee facilities. The whole place at Days Inn at this location needs a big upgrade.

Convenient location for my trip and very easy to get to with plenty of free parking. Really lovely staff, welcoming, friendly and helpful. I didn’t use it but lovely looking bar and seating area.

The room decor was very tired, mould around the bath sealant; lumpy, uncomfortable pillows; towels had some stains on them. Reception areas are lovely and look recently refurbished but this had not reached the room I stayed in. I had a discount for my stay, but if I had payed full price I would have been very disappointed with the quality of my room.

We were very disappointed about the breakfast. When booking the B&B it stated 'breakfast included' however it did not state that they do not serve hot breakfasts and it didn't state that we had to complete a form by 7pm for breakfast to be delivered the following morning. We only realised the B&B only serve cold breakfast when we saw the form a day before arrival. We've asked for a refund and there hasn't been any resolution. Very frustrating.
