The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving information about the local area. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel grounds were excellent with plenty of walks for our dogs. The vision and the style. This hotel will only get better as the owners develop it further.

Minor things but detail is important. Phase the dining bookings to ease the workflow. Salt and pepper pots for every table and a black pepper grinder for the restaurant. Glasses in the dining room for fruit juice at breakfast. The mattress was comfortable but the bed frame was very noisy (room 14).

Photos do not do this property justice. Great location. Great parking. Room sizes great and the bath was huge! Lovely small balcony which was really private. Hosts were amazing and great communiation from start to finish. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The food was wonderful, both at breakfast and dinner. The room had a fantastic view.

problems with the blinds in the room (but they were very swift to sort it out). Old-fashioned public parts of the hotel - though our room was fine.

My parents are elderly so as there are blocks or rooms they were not in same place as restaurant. But very minor inconvenience.

I want to advise on the issues – • Location of the Property meant that there was a horrible smell 24 hours a day • Location of the Property unsafe to walk in as in alley way and not lit properly • Rats in the alley way leading up to the property • Bins in the alleyway leading up to the property • Damp Carpet when walking into apartment in the hallway • Unable to open Bedroom Door from inside due to broken handle – we were trapped in the bedroom until my daughter opened the door from outside – terrifying • Bedroom handle not there and where it looks like it’s been fitted it’s very sharp • Damaged living room door • Living Room Door handle fell off on to daughters foot • Smoke alarms disconnected in bedroom and living room • Wire/cable in living room – unsafe as not sure if live • Freezer not in use and all frozen over • Fridge not working properly- not cold enough • Draught coming through all bedroom and living room windows • No hallway lighting • Hardly any cutlery/crockery • No internet connection • No tv viewing available • Free view not working • Owner not contactable to resolve issues

The bathroom was nice

There was a big wine stain on the carpet along with what looked like chocolate. The floor just felt a bit dirty. Not a great hotel if you're looking at getting to Heathrow Airport. The only way to get there is by taxi which will cost you £20. There is no shuttle to and from the airport - you will need to stay on a hotel in Bath Road which is much more accessible.

Okay location

Wifi didn’t work, breakfast was never anything there. Milk was hot and bread was always empty.
