  This property is fantastic, everything you need is in the tent and it’s been planned out very well! The main bed is massive and super comfortable. We had a lovely break, everybody was so friendly and helpful! Emma went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Thanks so much for having us, we will be back!

  5 minutes walk from the railway station, near good walks in Walthamstow Wetlands & Tottenham Marshes nature reserves. Quiet neighbourhood without much traffic noise so was OK to have windows open at night. Spacious room with comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen if needed.

  Check-in was not so straightforward - we received message that someone would come to let us in & give us keys instead of self check-in so we let them know our arrival time & found the address given OK, but nobody was there when we arrived. However, within a few minutes a lady found us & explained the property we were staying in was actually just around the corner & showed us in. Shared bathroom was up a level from our room & other toilet down a level but we didn’t mind that for a night.

  Too noisy stayed mid week bar should have closed at 11pm but music continued until after midnight. Someone in at 6:30am tv noise back on. Shower leaking Not very clean Won’t stay again
