We also had great breakfasts here, would recommend the banana pancakes! This place truly is a gem and it was the highlight of our trip, so peaceful and serene. The pool was pristine, and there was a lovely area with sun beds, perfect for relaxing afternoons. Our room was spacious and equipped with a powerful air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the heat. One of my friend’s highlights was the staff's willingness to take her on a motorbike trip into town, which was a memorable and fun experience!   Excellent location. It’s basically a stones throw away from Liverpool stadium. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready earlier and even let us park our car in the car park before check in. Our room had everything we needed. Bathroom decent size, towel each provided. Beds comfortable. The video you get sent at the time of booking in is brilliant!!! Very very helpful. Would I stay again? Definitely!!!

  Breakfast is help yourself. If you don’t get there early there is no bread for toast however I’m sure if we asked the owners they would have easily of got us some more bread… I just didn’t want to bother them. Plenty of cereal, milk, tea and coffee etc.

  Great location and perfect base for a long weekend. The kitchenette had enough facilities to accommodate breakfast, lunch or a light dinner. Gym on site which had everything ypu might need for a short stay. The communal areas were lovely and nicely decorated. Walking distance to all the main sites. Lots of cool cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate area.

  A very clean and well presented guest house in an excellent location between Penzance and Newlyn harbours. The host was attentive but certainly not over so. The double bed was very comfortable and there was a good range on offer for the continental style breakfast with plenty of each offer available. Hot drinks are available as and when you want them.

  Excellent facilities. Beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean & fresh. Comfy bed. Only 15 minutes walk from town centre. Quiet at night. Easy off road parking. Bonus of external garden room but did not use due to length of stay & weather. Lovely touch with welcome basket.

  Only mini niggles could be lack of a small shelf in the shower area to place items required for shower & an easier way of swicthing off bedside lights than reaching behind bed for mains switch.

  I liked the fact that this hotel has the exact you get what you pay for, and I mean that in a good way, I didn't feel like I was over charged or we were undervalued.

  I think one of the people in the next room was smoking and blowing it up into the toilet air vent, which meant it came to our bathroom.

  View is stunning,beds knew,comfortable,new carpets,only 1 pillow but staff brought more up. Very clean in bedroom and bathroom.

  I can see the owners are doing improvements,but Reception needs a massive re vamp. I stayed in the family room, bathroom needs a proper door on, no privacy with the glass see through sliding door, balcony is lovely, but separating between each room will give privacy and anyone in any of the balcony rooms can get into each others rooms, and the door is broken so can easily get into the bedroom, so felt a little unsafe. Heating was on full, didn't sleep all night due to how hot we were, my husband and son woke up and sat on the balcony in the middle of the night just to cool down. Although sign says warning hot water, it wasn't useable as it was scalding. No tables or anything to put anything on, kettles on floor, plug socket is other side of the room. Need a couple coat hooks, a set of drawers and bedside tables to put things like chargers or drinks on, had to use a chair off the balcony to put our drinks on. I know the staff are doing improvements, and these are only tips for them to improve the hotel, I will definitely visit again, if anything the view is to die for.
