Excellent location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely using all local produce which was great. Lovely owner and hotel staff who are always on hand to help out with any questions or suggestions to spend the day out in Brighton.

We found the bathroom could be cleaner, it smelt of damp and there was mould on the shower room tiles. The room we stayed in was located at the top of the building, it was very hot in the room so we asked for the window to be opened for some air. The helpful hotel staff managed to get it open, but there was alot of mould and dirt behind the window. The room was decorated with white paint, didn't feel very welcoming. A splash of colour would make it a more pleasant stay. All in all it was a Bank holiday weekend so I guess the room we were given was the only available room left. Judging by the pictures the other rooms have been decorated to a high standard, shame room 110 was not given the same treatment.

Only been taken over since Easter, but they have taken to it like a duck to water. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast and just ticked all the boxes for a relaxing couple of days.

Location and the overall feel, chirping birds in the morning, black out curtains, good quality linen. Got twin beds as requested after the booking. Plenty of parking. Value for money.

Spa was booked out for weeks, no indication of the same during the booking - huge bummer as this was the only reason of selecting this hotel. Housekeeping forgot to replace a towel once. Location and lighting of mirrors inadequate for makeup.

the yurt was very cozy and convinient. we really enjoyed dark skies in the night with sparkling stars, and sounds of raining. It was a perfect holiday in rural area.

I had made a point that this was a special stay that meant a lot. Check in had minimal interaction and nothing was mentioned to us. The room was very expensive but felt very cooperate. There were no nice touches. There was no food served in the bar or restaurant after 9:30pm. It just wasn’t the hotel for us.

Nobody met me at the property to access the building. I was left outside with 3 young kids with no access. Called the landlord and was told he had no booking for the property. I sent him a screenshot of the booking and he told me Unique Accommodation are no longer looking operating but that Booking.com are still accepting bookings. I need a full refund for these 2 apartments as we had no access to them. You can see my brother John Smith booked an apartment with yourselves for an apartment from the Penthouse Collection in 3 Fenwick Street. Please contact me regarding a refund.
