  Where do I start? I really liked this place! It looked much further from my work on the maps (my misreading) so, I took a taxi and next thing I know I get out & there're the offices less than 100m from the apartment! The location is outstanding as it's about 5 minutes walk to the station and the town centre. There's even a mini convenience shop just outside. The apartment is not big but it's perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bed was easily the best I've slept on (I've stayed at many places!) and the kitchen area was very nice, well equipped and clean. I didn't meet Rodrigo, the host but he was excellent on the phone. I would highly recommend this place.

  Only 2 things: 1. There was a lot of loose rugs on the lounge carpet, which are a significant trip hazard ( almost tripped a couple of times). Something to be aware when moving about. 2. It's right on the street so lacked privacy if you open the curtain. The curtains also didn't close fully over the windows. I think blinds would be perfect.

  The breakfast at ‘The Fountain Hotel’ was extremely good but we did not eat in the pub or restaurant area as we were meeting up with friends elsewhere. The location in the centre of the village is very good and on our visit there was plenty of free on-street parking close by.

  The accommodation is what I would term pub accommodation. The room was ‘OK’ bed was a bit creaky and the on-suite clean and not dated. However, the stairs and passageways ways are somewhat tired. The building has a sort of quaint Dales-type character and I guess it is typical of the area.

  Rooms are spacious and a choice of hard or soft pillows is a nice touch.

  Very expensive rate for what we got but it was the only hotel in the area. No plug next to one of our beds not a massive issue as there was one on the desk but it was quite far from the bed. Rooms aren't very sound proof. The room next door woke me up at 2am having a shower not a massive problem though.
