Good location, few minutes walking to bus and metro station. Good size flat, clean, very comfy beds! Communication with owner was easy, highly recommend!

Although the room was small, it was immaculately clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was just as stated in the advertisement.

It would have been nice to have a choice of cereals, fruit and alternatives, rather than only all/part of as full English breakfast, although you could choose the size you wanted.

The none existent customer service. The cleanliness - from the overflowing bins in the car park to the the cement/tools in what appeared to be the dining room.
