I had to book last minute due to an emergency, and I'm glad I found this one-bed flat in Rugby. The apartment was exactly as shown in the images, clean, cosy, and in a good location. Massimo, the host, was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in late to suit our arrival. Overall, a great experience!

Property is in an exceptional location, enjoyable to stay in & lovely staff who have a cheerful, bright disposition. These two elements are the properties only redeeming factor, as well as the incredible view from the rooms.

The rooms are not clean in the slightest. Bed had not been cleaned since someone had obviously had a nose bleed. Blood stains on the floor. Lampshades with paint stains dripping down them. Appliances and lack of plugs a serious issue. Plug so close to the table I couldn’t plug in my laptop charger. Cracked sink in room 403 and an outdated bathroom with shower and bath plumbing that the 70’s would have been jealous of. Toilet looked like someone had been vomiting in it with discolouration. No aircon and no way to cool down the room meant my partner and I had to sleep with no covers. Condensation on the windows dripped down and ran off the walls.

Nothing it’s a dump, paid for a studio apartment and got a tiny room in the basement. The stairs leading to the room are very dangerous. Was told I paid for a budget room even though I paid more for a studio apartment

The bed was very uncomfortable. The matrass springs poke in your back. I also did'nt like the facilities. For example, the showers have an on button, but they only stay on for 3 seconds... There are also to few facilities available for the number of people staying. The hosteI feels outdated and I don't think breakfast was available. I left early on both days I stayed there.
