Beds were very uncomfortable very hard could feel some springs we didn't really sleep well at all WiFi kept cutting out meaning I had to keep messaging the owner bath needed filled by the shower attachment couldn't figure out how to change to taps, could have been cleaner we moved single beds together to or the kids there was a lot of dust behind fridge was a little grubby we had to wipe out before using no cloths left for cleaning we would have liked some cloths for wiping benches ect a lot of stairs my mum struggled with the amount of steps

Staff was rude. Bed smelled stale. Room hadn't been cleaned. Toilet was mouldy. Wallpaper hanging off walls. Only booked for somewhere to sleep and choose this hotel because there was a pool table at reception for my son. On arrival we were told pool table was out of order & had already payed. Accidently left an expensive item of clothing behind. Called the next day and asked staff to post to me as I live in Scotland and I would cover any costs and was bluntly told NO.
