Gina was lovely to deal with and very quick to respond to messages. We were able to get an early check in which really helped us out. The location was fabulous. Close to the tube, shopping, attractions, and restaurants. Having a second bathroom was great too. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the linens were clean.

Cleaning needs to be improved and reduce the clutter throughout the apartment. The building was very noisy and we could hear sidewalk noise inside the bedrooms at night.

Lovely property, very clean, had everything we needed. Great spot close to Center. Free parking. Folder with all things you need to know plus a lot more, gave us plenty of ideas of where to eat, visit etc with a bit of history added in. Nice cosy beds would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was very good, just a bit difficult to find. The room was ok. It was clean but the two individual bed matresses were really bad, you could feel all the springs. Our double bed was very comfortable. Hot water was not working in either both of the rooms.

A part of the vertical shades was missing, letting light in, early in the morning. One of the wardrobe doors was broken/defective. Shower mat didn't look clean. Both shower and sink drain very slow. Mold on the wall behind the toilet.

No towels in the room on arrival, had to ask for some. The room door was open when we arrived, which was odd. Booked a superior room which was supposed to be bigger than standard, however you could barely move around the edge of the bed without hitting something. Could be a great hotel with some tidying up
