Very clean and comfortable room. Every staff member was friendly. The breakfast was well organised, good quality and good range of choices. The location was less than 10 minutes from the airport. Reception staff were helpful booking taxis.

Location is perfect for theatres and exploring London. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms have a you need and very clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to meet any requests.

Apartment seemed dark and tired looking and a coat of white paint to white walls celing and woodwork would improve it to look like the superior a partment it is advertised as. Oven confusing and no instructions.

Man a reception seemed a little grumpy on arrival. Lady on reception suggested we come down for breakfast after 9:30am to which I replied was late but she said it will be really busy before then. When we did come down at that time it was self service hardly no cooked breakfast left I had to find a member of staff to ask the kitchen also could not find any cups to make a coffee. Eventually when we got everything the breakfast was delicious

1) very bad smell of weed through out corridors and flat 2) obvious brothel within block, while waiting for the meet up so saw many men queuing outside the apartments who were met by women in nightwear! 3) balcony door did not lock 4) initially not met outside as instructed, text and told to go to a floor in the building. No instructions on how to get into building. We were only communicated to by text even when they were stood next to us 5) not shown to the apartment. Taken in lift and once reached floor we were given a key and told the apartment number to find Felt extremely unsafe and we did not stay overnight - had to find alternative accommodation at a significant increased price.
