  The instructions for the keypad weren't detailed enough. No mention of pressing the middle button. It also timed out after 5 seconds and then stopped working for 10 minutes. I was locked out for a while. Luckily someone answered the ring doorbell. The fault was fixed pretty quickly but booking.com made me feel that it was my fault!

  Not enough cutlery. Could do with a tin opener and a bin in the kitchen area. No large plates and only one mug. The cutlery wasn't clean. Only two plug sockets for three appliances and they were at the back of the microwave.

  The owner greeted us very lovely lady . Helped us with every question we asked . My husband explained we could not go up too high so the owner straight away moved our room lower down happily for our comfort which I really appreciate because I have severe arthritis. breakfast was excellent too so much variety

  We had a fantastic stay here! A very peaceful and beautiful home with everything you might need during your stay! Jo was a wonderful host! We loved resting in the sitting room and watching all the birds and wildlife in the garden! We're already looking forward to our next stay here!

  We enjoyed the location since it was a nice area and very quiet. Also there were a lot of transport options to choose from (buses or dlr).

  There wasn’t any storage for clothes, the floor was carpeted, the shower water couldn’t drain properly and almost fled the room, the toilet flushing also didn’t really work and last but not least there was a little green light in our room which was so bright we sometimes couldn’t fall asleep. The first three points are our fault, since there were pictures posted, but the rest was a little bit disappointing.

  Very lovely cottage. Kitchen was really nice and bathroom was gorgeous.

  Jacuzzi bath didn’t work. No toiletries when it stated there would be. Bed was broken, when we got into bed the two wooden slats underneath bent and broke (they were clearly temporary slats because of previous damage). We messaged the owner about the fire and they didn’t get back to us until the day we checked out. No early check in available. No washing machine tablets available.
