The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Obviously it was the perfect location as it neighboured the Giant’s causeway. Staff were professional and friendly. When I pointed out an error in what I received for dinner, the staff were very proactive in remedying it.

I personally found the food expensive for what it was. Given the hotel’s restaurant enjoys a local monopoly since the Nook (nearby pub) is closed for dinner, I think they can get away with high prices. I would rather the Causeway make us pay a premium for the location ONCE via the room fee.

Location was good, well equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. The Lincolnshire plum loaf, fresh eggs and bottle of wine on arrival were appreciated.

The controls for the oven were difficult to master.

Lovely historic building, great location by the quay and short walk to the High Street. Large comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, quality and quantity!

No parking. Public parking nearby but expensive and confusing. Menu looked great in the restaurant but too expensive for us.

Great location for it being so close to transport and the centre. Along with media city. Good facilities in the apartment, good coffee machine.
Negative section of review
Being close to the tram it was very noisy. It was extremely warm in the apartment so we had to have the windows open as no fans were provided. When you close the windows the noise isn't bad at all!

Very handy for the city centre and trams to Old Trafford.

Although we knew our room didn't have a window we hadn't realised how enclosed we would feel in the small room. I think this was probably reflected in the price we paid. We were disturbed by the tv next door, which went on until the early hours.
