Perfect location, close to everything. Lovely apartment shared bathroom but very clean, it has 2 bedrooms and like a bedsit with a full working kitchen,and living room with a pull out bed, and a terrace

There was an issue with the lock on the door which caused me to feed very unsafe, I was constantly on edge whilst there and on the 1 occasion I did leave because I had to before the end of my stay things went missing,. I didn't report it as I didn't really see the point as there no CCTV in the property. It's Ashame as it completely ruined what could of been a great place to stay. I marked the staff down as they didn't make any effort what so ever to rectify the situation, and so quite dismissive of my concerns just said they wasn't around and the cleaner would bring a lock the next day. Which she did but it was broken, the response to this was there wasn't anything they could do but will sort it out asap. By then I'm obviously long gone. Very unprofessional and rude, and to top it off I only. Get my deposit back 2 days ago JOKE! WONT STAY AGAIN

Very handy for the RSC, easy walk. Superb garden, just right if you have your dog with you. Dog poo disposal bin in car park. Very comfy bed.

Not a lot. We’ve stayed there many times before and have noticed that during the summer it gets very busy due to Shakespeare associations. You also need to be very picky about choice of rooms, some of which are dated. During high season breakfast buffet can run out consumed by early risers.

It was very cold and we could not adjust the heating. We have complained to the owner but this still has not been resolved. The jacuzzi was also cold, not passable.
