The location of the Hotel was great and allowed for fairly easy access to most of the nearby town. Due to taking my mom we couldn't walk far but some great food and drinking venues nearby. The food in the evening was lovely and also could not fault the breakfast. Would for sure stay at this hotel again when visiting the area.

Only thing I would say was there is a small car park, I was lucky and got there early enough that it was not an issue. However there are car parks nearby and due to the age of the hotel and its history the lack of parking spaces is understandable.

Everything you could need for a nights stay and more! The little personal touches were wonderful, from Netflix, to the biscuits and tea and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The towels and linen smelt so homely and the dressing gowns were such a wonderful touch. Exceptional!

It’s a lovely little apartment, very clean and has everything you need. We stayed for a number of weeks and really felt it was a home from home for our family. The courtyard outside is also very pretty and it feels somewhat magical on an evening when the lights are all on.

No Slip mat in shower, slippy when wet, you can have one on the side and people have the choice to use.
