Location was incredible. Central to all tourist attractions, as well as Waverley station. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the modcoms one would ever need. And incredible pubs, restaurants, shops just outside. But it was peaceful and quiet inside the room!

Excellent location, good public transport connections. Hotel and room are spotlessly clean. Beds are extremly comfortable. Breakfast is good, but the choice is limited and always the seem. Coffee perfect.

Room is narrow, no cabinet at all, and there is only one chair. It is OK for transient travellers but not for longer stay.

No breakfast included, but expected this would be available as an extra. It wasn't. Although it specified that the bar was closed Mon - Wed, it listed a restaurant separately. This was also closed.

Towels - were thin and one had some kind of dirt stuck to it. Sheet may have been clean, but was also marked. Key to door didn't work from the outside.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was large and clean, and the hotel was in a central location of many restaurants.

We expected to have breakfast in the morning, but there was no one there for breakfast in the morning. We were not asked if would like breakfast the night before and we assumed it be available. We had to leave the hotel to find breakfast from a local costa which was not ideal. We would have preferred breakfast at the hotel.

The main problem is noise polution, on entering the western cowboy music hits you, it is played loudly downstairs and permeates the whole place, in the room it was still quite load. I requested a room change but was told every room has the same level of noise, the manager did kindly agree to turn it down at 10pm and once it was turned down it was much better but if you are noic=se sensative then forget it

Very comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Reasonable breakfast. Good location.

Can't really complain. For hotel's feedback the bar area is a bit lacking and very bright.
