Staff members were very warm; professional and efficient, yet unhurried. The overall ambience was understated and relaxed. Many locals frequent the restaurant at the weekend; always a strong endorsement. Having booked online, the hotel rang me directly shortly afterwards to ask if I would care to make any dinner reservations to avoid disappointment, and to confirm they were able to fulfill a special request. Oh... did love the line in bathroom toiletries, such that I will be ordering some for home!

The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. The apartments came with full kitchen facilities, and they even had thought to supply washing up liquid and tea/coffee and milks. The room was serviced every day and was like a little home from home in a great location for what we needed. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Only a couple of little negatives about our stay was that there was road construction going on outside the apartments, which were noisy first thing in the morning, but this was 100% not hotels' fault. We even overheard them offering to move guests to other rooms, so in that respect, the staff were very helpful. The bathroom and shower were very small but were all functional with plenty of hot water and towels provided. Overall it was a very good property and spacious for London.

i was given the bed on the top most. 3rd row, it was very difficult to go up and down from the 3rd row as it was very high. one slip and i could break my bones. it was very difficult to climb up with those bags and stuffs. so it would be impossible for any person with physical limitations, or women , or any aged person,

Noise ingress from bordering rooms.. could.hear ppl.speaking through the walls and their using the wash facilities. However, this is only when it happens so doesn't become too much of a bother. Was sink could be bigger. But I only used one room so don't know how all the other rooms were set up. Basement floor appeared to have only one way out... couldn't see a second emergency exit. I would use again

I didn’t like that I was told I could have a late check out after the London marathon before booking, To then be told I couldn’t have it when we got there as they have booked the room for someone else!!

Location was good very close to the beach and town centre.

Room was a bit shabby and when I went have a shower after a night out the hot water was not working so I had to have it cold. I told the receptionist the following morning and she said they switch the hot water off at 10pm. I said it would have been good to have been told this.
