A great location 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 5 minutes into town with a bus stop just down the road. The apartment was lovely and clean and there's tea, coffee, sugar and milk for a hot drink which we really appreciated after a long journey. There's also washing up liquid supplied. There's a good shower with shampoo and shower jell provided and the bed's nice and comfy. Surprisingly we both slept really well considering our flat was on the ground floor, by the front door, but other people coming and going didn't disturb us at all. We must give a mention to Josh who was so helpful when we had a small issue, so thank you Josh and we hope to see you the next time we're in Cardiff.

I enjoyed the quaint country style of the pub and the decor. My room was very comfortable. I loved the oak furniture, and the bedding and pillows were great. The location is beautiful. There wasn’t an en-suite in the rooms, it was shared conveniences. I did have a large sink. This wasn’t a problem for me, as I feel it’s in keeping with the hotels character and charm. We had missed the food service, so had to eat out, but the landlady gave us the keys to get back in later which was very much appreciated.

As a hotel/pub that has regular clientele that are completing the Yorkshire 3 peaks. The price of the stay includes breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast doesn’t start till 8.30. Maybe, a token instant porridge pot, and pre packed breakfast biscuit/pastry could be offered to people that are leaving early. This could be left on the complimentary drinks tray. Not that it was a massive problem, just meant we had to plan and bring our own breakfast.

The bathroom was amazing! The double sink and shower was fabulous and the TV was the icing on the cake! Hot tub was lovely, such a nice peaceful setting! Facilities were top notch, was in a lovely peaceful area! Had a bottle of Prosecco left for us on arrival which again was a lovely touch! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our mini moon.

Great location to center ,large living dining area which was nicely decorated plenty off room for all the family. Great host who was easy to contact he was happy to help with any needs And provided us with a parking permit. Well equiped kitchen .very clean and very comfortable beds .

The lack of coats hooks in the passage or utility made it dificult to find anywhere to hang our coats. Also i would recomend a clothes rail in double bedroom and loft room as it was lacking hanging space aprt from one wardrobe in one bedroom . Also i would point out stairs to the loft room are very steep and only suitable for older children ( who loved the room), and agile adults . With these additions faciltys would be excelent as is everthing else . With these additions i would give faciltys excelent rating .

Rented this cottage for my family, my boys and there family’s as we live near by, lovely place ! well equipped with pots and pans, plates and cutlery, tea and coffee they loved having the coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.

It was in Earls court near the underground and bus stops for a reasonable price. It had a well supplied clean kitchen. There was a comfy lounge and pleasant garden outback. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
