We stayed in the waterside room at Waterfield House B and B. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The bed was really comfortable, first time that we have been away that the husband did NOT complain about the quality of sleep. The room was so lovely and quiet with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and fields. The breakfast was excellent and large. It was brought to our room on a little trolly each morning. Very clean and high spec room. Nicki and Fraser were both very friendly and helpful during our stay. And Nicki very kindly sent back to us an item that we had inadvertently left behind. We would love to return

The breakfast was up,and beyond. So much to choice from, a very good variety. The owners were charming friendly. And informative. Our room was a good size. With plenty of room, drawers hangers, to put your clothes. With a on-suite. Lovely bar, and lounge area/breakfast room. And area to sit inside. And comfy chairs,and tables outside. Will be coming back here!!!.

On arrival staff were very pleasant but food was poor, fire alarm went off at 4pm and there were no staff to be seen. When complaining the next morning duty manager would do anything said he would get the manager to call me not heard anything

The place is clean, quiet, walking distance to a beach, with wonderful staff who were friendly and accommodating, very helpful with my concerns and made sure that it was addressed to immediately.

Good location but very busy with crowds around the entrance door as it is next to a McDonalds.

We had a tiny double bed. Having slept in a kingsize for most of our adult lives we just don’t understand how modern apartments are still providing small double beds. It was too uncomfortable to sleep and the room was warm so we left feeling as though we’d hardly slept all weekend. The blinds in the kitchen area had a thick layer of dust on them.

to be honest , paying extra for car parking plus the uneasy feeling when dealing with parking machines , cameras , and car park operators many of whom are less than trustworthy. also the fact that on arrival at the hotel we wanted to stay an extra night due to the fact we were visiting a loved one in hospital (the reason for our visit) but the price quoted was more than double , so we had to go elsewhere.
