We brought our little dog, and they offered to look after him while we used the sauna and hot tub. The owner invited us to look at the stars through his telescope and was happy to talk to us at length.”

We used the washing facility all our clothes came back clean ironed & folded smelling fabulous So look no further Beautiful place Beautiful people Thanks and look forward to coming back soon”

  Everything!! Gorgeous views. So peaceful. Spotless. Great open plan lay out. The best shower of my life!! Amazing bed I didn't want to leave. Everything has been thought about and available. Also loved the "laundry" as can also use big freezer, there's stuff for kids to do, all the nature walks mapped out, books, dvds and games. Loved that idea so left what we could wanted to leave more. Didn't personally meet any staff but emails were perfect corresponding with me loads and so helpful and quick before stay. Loved our cabin being right beside the resident goats 🐐 Would highly recommended just wish we were there longer to investigate more walks. Duck pond picnic fab and the hot tub confused me as ne er had self cleaning one but wow was it powerful and low jet setting was great when I sneaked out late at night and read my book. Pure heaven. Will be back ⭐️

  I have stayed three times at this airport hotel. The location attached to Terminal Two Heathrow is more than worth the high price paid. This is an expensive place to stay. But you pay for the location. Breakfast is always good, well cooked and tasty. I had dinner at the Runway Bar. I paid £25 for a hamburger and fries (frozen) would you believe!! The burger was good, but come on $40 for a burger is a bit much. Downstairs in the Apron Restaurant, I had a margarita pizza and was charged £19. The same pizza a year ago was around £10-£12. What is with the increase? They have a captive audience so you are stuck if you are hungry. All in all a good experience apart from food prices.

  The location is beautiful. Gorgeous view over the Loch, particularly at dinner/breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. Staff were lovely.

  The bed was very uncomfortable. One side had a significant dip and you could feel all of the springs. Was fine for one night but an updated mattress would do wonders.

  It's a very good location, 5 minutes on foot from the Tower and prom. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially at breakfast.

  The twin room, not the one I had checked into online, was substandard. The booked room was on the 3rd floor and the picture on Booking.com looked great. Bright and a decent size. On arrival I was told there had been a problem with the room and was given a key to the next door room. This turned out to be a double. I asked for a twin and was then given a room on the ground floor. No criticism of the receptionist, who was fine, but the room was very small and probably hadn't been redecorated for decades.
