  We had two guys staying at Rivendell to complete some forecourt work in the area. Rivendell is immaculate. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare food. Free parking facilities on site as well which is great. Fantastic communication with Lynne the host. We made a few bookings with her for the same property, and nothing was ever an issue even when Lynne and her husband were on holiday. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future bookings in the area.

  Nicholas is a very responsive host that responded acutely to any slight mishap to the flat -- e.g. The cooker was not working as well and he immediately offered to order takeout, bought an electric cooker that came the next day, and arranged for a technician to come to take a look. He is respectful of boundaries but is attentive to any needs.

  The length of the stay -- wished I could've stayed longer, although Nicholas did offer to extend the stay!

  Located conveniently close to airport (within walking distance). Extremely comfortable bed and pillows enabled a much needed night's rest. Dinner and bar options within hotel provided the luxury of not having to go out after a long day of travel. Continental breakfast was all we needed to get a good start to our day.

  The owners were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. It is not far from the winter gardens so was ideal for our visit. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. Lots of fresh fruit, cereal etc and a delicious cooked breakfast. Rate it 5*

  Nice location, you can reach to National History Museum by walking (20 min.) There is a Sainsbury's market just 5 minutes walk and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Employees are helpful.

  They gave me a spotted sheet even though they changed it immediately. In addition, the bathrooms inside the rooms are too hot and the ventilation was not enough to make it cold the space after the shower.

  Lovely setting, with areas outside for dogs. Nice private garden, with hot tub. Lovely comfy clean cottage, with everything you need. We would definitely return.

  A rather grand four poster bed and suite.

  Curtains- didn't pull closed and roman blinds didn't work so very light. Bathroom- shower was over bath mixer was old without curtain. Toilet seat needs adjustment. No soap.....loads of shampoo but no soap
