I absolutely love the location. This is my second time staying with them. Very well connected, Gloucester Statation is walking distance: Circle, District and Picadilly lines available from there and by using them you can get anywhere in London from there. You have Starbucks, Tesco Express, Boots, Paul and some restaurants in the same street so it it super convenient. Staff is also amazing! I can’t say enough about them, they’re always great, welcoming and with a smile on their faces. I also love their Duvet Cover :) Please do yourself a favor and stay there, you won’t regret it.

The property was delightful, comfortable, warm and private, it provided parking and was incredibly accessible to all that we needed for our trip. We were given plenty of privacy, but our host was always available for anything we needed.

There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like. I think it provided us with everything we needed. It took a little getting use to the shower pressure and temperature, but we managed and possibly a larger sitting area for meals would be helpful- but otherwise it was lovely

You can get a local bus right outside of the hotel to the airport for £2. So don't pay for the Hoppa or a taxi. Takes 5mins. Some decent Deliveroo options around to beat the overpriced food.

A big monster of a hotel, which is completely impersonal. Hoards of people in the lobby making it quite unpleasant. Rooms are not sound-proofed so I had to play white noise out of my laptop to drown out the neighbours. No free wi-fi (seriously?!) Breathe in the fresh air of jet fuel with the only access to the outside which is the car-park! Food is over-priced and uninspiring (£16 for a Margherita). No real efforts towards sustainability.

The location is good and close to Stansted Airport. The price is also very affordable, we booked the place on short notice just a day before the trip and there was still a room available.

It was our 2nd stay. First time we stayed in a newly refurbished room and that stay was nearly perfect. This time the room given to us was looking very old and outdated. The bed was hard as well as the pillows, so the night sleep wasn't good. But the worst thing was the sound of a rat (!) constantly scratching something underneath of the floor (I hope not in the room!) in the middle of the night.

The apartment was clean and bright the bed and sofa were comfortable, good location to get into the centre of Glasgow.

The blind in the living area falls down when you open the window so had to spend 30 minutes trying to fix it back in place. The parking was fully booked and the nearest carpark with the offer is quite far away up hill which is annoying if you have a lot of luggage. The check in process was bad it needs to be clearer before you arrive you need an app to enter the property and no one was on reception when checking in. I witnessed a couple from abroad leave to go and stay else where, as they couldn’t work out how to get into the building, it took me 40mins to go through the process.
