The Abbey Suite is a stunning apartment, equipped with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and a lovely feel throughout. It was absolutely immaculate when we arrived and definitely gave a very positive first impression. Which I am glad to say lasted for the whole stay! The bath in the upstairs bedroom is a really nice feature and the provided toiletries are of the highest quality. All of the kitchen utensils and cutlery were also of a very good quality, the central heating was simple to operate and the WiFi was excellent. Location wise it is also fantastic a quiet neighbourhood which is just a short walk from the sea front and also not far from the town centre. Definitely a luxury feel to this apartment.

When we arrived were greeted at the car park and shown where to park, the booking in was smooth and friendly with all the information that we needed for our stay, shown to our room that was fabulous. Croissants were great to get up too, the hair dryer overheated in the morning we let the lady know on the way out for the day and came back to a new hairdryer in our room fantastic service from start to finish of our stay, The location could not have been better, have already recommended to several friends and family

A homely, spacious, bright, and comfortable property. The children loved their "holiday house". Location was perfect for walking to through the village to the beach, with good access to local amenities.

The room was very good. The shower had only low water pressure but it was OK. The staff who helped me with my registration, luggage and Uber were very kind and helpful.

The layout of the reception, with two sets of reception desks for two different hotels, was very confusing. Signage was poor on the ground floor, and initially I couldn’t find the lifts. Breakfast was of good quality but there were limited options, e.g. no semi-skimmed milk or gluten-free options (such as gluten-free bread for toasting.

House in itself is really pretty, bedrooms are cute, lovely living space and great neighbourhood Also close to bus stop which is ideal

One of the bathrooms had some yellow substance in it and had not been cleaned pre visit The door lock to the house is very difficult to maneuver: there's a specific way to do it (press the key and pull the door then jiggle the handle until the door gives). This isn't safe and was unnecessary. 3/4 of the gas cooker sections did not work. the biggest one works but this made things difficult as we were cooking. The oven in itself was a bit dead, only letting you apply heat top down rather than via both sides Also the heating did not work in the living room

It is ok to say there is Tea and Coffee available, however it would be really good to MILK. You could easy put some small UHT containers in the fridge/drawers. If you can't provide full items then shouldn't be advertised.
