Excellent choice of breakfasts from menu all brought to table ...self service for toast, juice, fruit , and pastries. Great service and lovely breakfast room.

Staff were friendly. Carpark was free. But don't forget to put in ur registration number at the desk or you'll get a ticket.

Very uncomfortable beds. You can feel every spring. Need changing. My disabled room had too many beds in the room. 1 dbl and 2 sgl. Couldn't open bathroom door properly. The shower was above a half bath. I have mobility issues and couldn't lift my leg high enough to get in. So had no shower. There was no grab rail to hold if you could get in bath. There were no rails either side of the toilet, so could have fallen off it. Someone needs to read up what disabled friendly means. Wheelchair couldn't get in around the bed either because they had turned it into a family room. Couldn't get to the kettle on the desk without climbing onto the sgl bed. What an utter farce. Had no sleep and was in pain all over. The breakfast is very expensive. I wouldn't pay for it again. Hardly a good choice of continental items. I think there should be 2 prices for breakfast. One for continental and one for cooked breakfast incl continental. I had 1 croissant, 2 coffees, & orange juice. Cost was £10.75. Would be over £13 if you didn't pre-book.

Location it’s on a council estate wasn’t at all what the photos show, main bedroom couldn’t sleep in to hot. Living room furniture needs updating (sofa very worn).

Only give you 1 set of towels between 2 people. Bar didn't have lemonade or 7 up/split as a mixer for gin .
