Location of the property was excellent for closeness to Covent Garden. I Was very pleased with the room it was spotlessly clean and beautiful large fluffy towels in bathroom. Bed was comfy ( pillows a little too flat for my liking though but that's just personal preference) Filip and his wife were so lovely and helpful even before arrival. Filip had answered my messages very promptly and he messaged me before arrival with instructions for entering the property. Once we arrived he was such a lovely man and he and his wife were friendly and helpful, whilst not being intrusive. We were able to leave our luggage with them until fairly late on checkout day which was a huge help for us and most appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property for a value, no frills place to stay in a great part of London.

Coffee making facilities; there was a Nespresso machine which is great if you like that sort of coffee (which we didn't, especially first thing in morning.) Would have preferred a little kettle to make a regular coffee. Pillows could have been a little firmer / or option to add another one? No hand towels in bathroom ( not a major issue as the bath towels were huge so we managed fine) Shower pressure was not that great - but again we managed perfectly well.

The caravan was cozy and had great decor. It was one of the best located caravans on the whole property because it was nestled in a quieter corner with lots of grass and greenery just steps from a lovely wooded area. There were even wild rabbits. It was a few metres away from a short cut path through a wooded trail that passes through the historic Pele Tower and directly on towards the beach. Very lovely locstion at the wooded edge of resort.

The hosts were ever so friendly, they really made me feel at home. Lovely breakfast. Nice room with good bed. Free cake in the afternoon and I could use the fridge. Free private parking: very convenient.

This place is neither plush nor luxurious. Awful receptionist. Unloved apartment. Cheap furnishings. Needs redecorating. Cheap furniture. Very uncomfortable couch. Dirty pillows. Hair clippings on the windowsill. Cheap toilet paper. Old hard towels. 1 mug! Less than basic facilities. My son's student flat is in a better state! An absolute rip off for the amount we paid. A penthouse apartment with a view of flats that had the police around at all hours. Windows wouldn't lock so we couldn't block the noise out. Do not book this place if you want a luxurious penthouse with a view. You do not get that. Stay clear it isn't worth half the price we paid.
