Poor ventilation with only 1 small window that was overlooked from other units Poor internet connection - had to keep rebooting it continuously The main photo for Deluxe Studio was very different from the unit allocated. We complained and was offered another unit similar to the main photo but it looked much smaller that the unit in the main photo. I feel some of the photos are inaccurately representing the units so I recommend getting confirmation of the actual unit you are booking

The lack of staff training The quality of the food We were at a wedding and arrived the day before the bride chose the bbq option which was 35 pound per person it wasn't worth 10 pound Staff training is a big issue ...as in there is none

Very badly Maintenance. Terrible stay and experience. Wi-Fi - initially not working Bathroom - broken leaking water stagnation in Bath tub shower was broken Bed Washing machine was not clean. Pots and pans in kitchen was dirty and smelling. We Decided not to cook. When we checked in the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. After 2 days Wi-Fi started to work. Bathroom was terrible water leaking from the shower when brought it up they repaired it but the shower didn’t work. Last 2 days we couldn’t take a shower. The landlord gave us a bucket. How do we bathe with a bucket in a Bath tub. The beds too were uncomfortable. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF MY MONEY. As we have to pay the entire amount upfront before check in and the property was not Upto the standards. Thus I appeal to the management of BOOKING.COM to arrange for a FULL REFUND of my money. Also @Booking.com not sure what is your quality check process to listing a property I think you must really look into it. Cause u am forced to rethink whenever I have to use booking.com again. Especially when the property knew that I am coming for a long stay for over a week they should have checked the apartment. My family and I are terribly upset and have no words to express. Please choose this place only if you have no othrr option.
