Excellent choice of English and Continental breakfast. Any combination possible. Staff gracious and attentive. All cooked well and and very much enjoyed. The terrace was very relaxing and peaceful with a lovely view of sea and a good choice of light bites for lunch too. The outdoor swimming pool was an ideal temperature and lovely for swimming in. Plenty of loungers for lying /sitting on. The grounds were quite extensive, and well maintained with an assortment of beautiful flowers and shrubs everywhere. Loved the sea views and little path down to the Meadfoot beach below.

The indoor pool is ok for swimming in but in need of an upgrade. The changing facilities are limited and the paintwork dreary. No toilets accessible on the ground floor. They are situated in the basement near the Health Club and indoor swimming pool, accessed by going along a narrow passage and down the stairs. Although the food served was good the menu choices for dinner in the evening were the same for several days.

Gorgeous property and location, cannot fault that. At one point had a problem with some kitchen sockets, turns out the fuse had tripped, but got instant reply from property management and it was sorted instantly, so no issues there. Clothing iron and hair dryer provided which were handy, as well as washing machine and dishwasher. Wonderful place in a quiet location. Definitely recommend 👌

Just a couple of very small things. Only one full toilet roll [three of us staying for 4 nights] and no soap in the bathroom [was a sanitising hand wash in the hall toilet, but no actual soap]. Didn't expect a full set of spa products or anything but a bar of soap wouldn't have gone amiss. Again, just small things but would've made a difference. Cannot complain about the property itself. Wonderful.

The comfort of the bed and the friendliness of the owner Paul. He went out of his way to get me oat milk as I am allergic to dairy milk. I didn’t realise they stopped serving breakfast at 9.00 am but he went ahead and served me breakfast at 9.15 am. He also offered me a free glass of a cold drink while waiting for my colleagues to come and pick me up

the property is so close to everything aeound the corner from all the pubs and clubs and two min walk to Liverpool one shopping centre .. special mention to the receptionist Elizabeth what a gem such a lovely girl made us feel so welcome and took interest in guests what a fab girl to have employed for ye ✨

We had the best of welcome from bar staff on our arrival.. landlady asked about our room needs, etc, and offered us a cheaper 1 more suitable, which we only needed double, not a twin .I would stay here again, definitely

Air conditioning, although available didn’t cool enough No housekeeping on a 3 day stay - for the price paid. Not expecting sheets and towels changed but replenishment of coffee c should have been included and not need requesting. Quite expensive Breakfast options ridiculously expensive (which we didn’t use)

We were on the ground floor, it was an exceptionally hot night and we needed the windows open. Unfortunately they were large casement windows without any way of securing them from potential intruders when open. We decided this wasn't a safething to do.
