The other guest’s were very considerate and not intrusive. One even let me in when I struggled with the door code. The bus seat had been smelly on the way so I was so pleased to be able to hand wash and quickly spin some clothes in the washing machine and hang them outside! The hotel appeared full but I only had to wait once for the bathroom. I still think one extra toilet would be good too. The Wi-Fi worked well. The bed was comfortable. It’s a quiet area. I left my food in the communal fridge with my room number on it and nobody ate it. Thank you.

The biggest problem was that the bathroom ran out of toilet roll and I couldn’t find more in any cupboard. The bath mat needed washing more often. The room needs a better clean, there’s an old drinks bottle behind the sofa and old paint on the carpet. There was a dirty duvet in the bottom of the wardrobe. This made me doubt whether the bed had fresh linen or not. It seemed ok though and the towels were clean. The tv never worked stating bad signal issues. I think refund £5 a day when the tv doesn’t work 🙂

Location. Central, easy to get around. Has onsite 24 laundry, just need instructions to use machine. Beds super comfy. Rooms as described and clean. Has everything you need in kitchen.

No house keeping until after 9 nights stay. Stays less than 9 nights you'll have to constantly request top ups for towels, bathroom amenities etc. Having to remove own rubbish from room too. No onsite resturant/bar. Only dining space to eat breakfast. Espresso pod machine in room but you need to take voucher downstairs to get 2 x free pods.

Rooms were clean, amenities provided, upto the mark. Everything was as mentioned online. Would always suggest this place to anyone visiting Plymouth

Didn't see any staff, entry was gained with a key pad on the door. TV didn't work. No lock on bathroom door and very small room so needed for the privacy.
