Everything we needed for a weekend away even if it was for a nice break. It was actually for work, but we everything was there fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils. Beautiful, tidy clean bed room with en-suite, nice shower wash, shampoo, conditioner provided. It was really warm but a fan was also provide which was invaluable. Host was great at communicating as we got stuck in traffic and changed our arrival time a few times but she was totally flexible. All in all I would say 5 stars absolutely!! Would definitely stay again as i do a monthly market in the area. Value for money, absolutely!!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Very close to the beach, and I could be on the sand in under a minute. It's away from the main centre, so got a quiet night and a good sleep. My room had a wet room with fully accessible shower. I love seeing disabled access being considered and the lower shower head was ideal for my small son. There is a shop directly downstairs selling Welshcakes. A perfect breakfast!

Only slight niggle was that the lower shower head was on a very short hose so it was difficult to adjust the height. You need to make sure your phone has charge when you get there as the key instructions and contact phone number are on an email. No staff to let you in. The lift to go up isn't in a very obvious location when you get in as it's behind a door.

we didn't realize accommodation was on the first floor. having our elderly in laws with us made climbing the stairs arduous. i too have mobility problems and found the stairs troublesome.

The property was clean, in a quiet street with easy access to three tube stations

Despite the fact that it was advertised as having “free toiletries”, all there was were two small bars of soap (no shampoo or shower gel). And not enough toilet paper for 5 nights - we had to buy our own. In addition, on the Friday and Saturday, the people in the apartment above us were extremely noisy until 2 and 3am. However, no issues the other three nights. Not sure if they were residents or other guests.

Location between two tram stations and located in a thriving bar/theatre area

Four flights of stairs up a narrow staircase. Not suitable for those with luggage larger than “carry-on” size. “No” ventilation or site applicable cooling. Noisy street so the only window was closed. Provided desk fans not suitable cooling option for summer.
