      The property was well presented and just what we need as a family of three. The communication before arrival was spot on and clear. No problems with access. The little extras of tea,coffee,orange juice,bread,butter and Welsh cakes made the stay spot on. Would definitely return when visiting friends again.

      House was beautifully decorated, lovely room although location was noisy traffic. Bed very comfy, didn't like glass bathroom door being so close to the bed. Dining room, lounge lovely. Bar overpriced. Breakfast was excellent Beautifully clean. Wi-Fi good and parking

      Location is amazing. I don't think you can find better place to stay in this area. Especially for this price. The beach is just around the corner. The same bars and pubs. The room was tidy and had all I needed.

      The sink is definitely too small. It is extremely hard to brush teeth, wash face, etc.

      When we got there we had rush to go to a wedding so we didn’t have time to look around in the room but we got back we noticed no cups for a drink of tea or coffee and when we opened the bathroom door there was a sewage smell also there must of been a generator here by because we could hear it
