Charming and welcoming hosts. The whole place was exceptionally clean and well presented. Breakfast was more than ample, with a full range of continental and hot choices. The location is on the perfect side of Llanberis for those, like us, walking to the Snowdon Mountain and the Lake Railways.

An unfortunate 20 minute delay in getting the attention of our hosts to check in at the correct time in the afternoon because the bell button's connection for attention was not working in the room where they were, though we could hear the buzzer sound in another room. Our bed was a little saggy for our taste, with old springs creaking. However, the bedding itself was warm, comfortable, and looked very classy.

When we moved in, they wrote to us to go to another address and the house that they gave us was not the one shown in the ad at all, the photo in the ad was of a different house, and we lived in a completely different house, this shocked us

The house was dirty, there was no toilet paper, the worst thing was that the handles in the locks were broken and one of the guests got stuck inside the room, it scared us a lot

The room was very grubby went to use plug socket at back of bed it was disgusting the muck and grime the bed hasn't been pulled out in a long time!! A very strange stain in the bath too!! Not great lighting!! Would not return .

Very convinient. A few minutes walk from Earl's Court Station and 24-hour reception. Room is clean. Free 2 bottoles of water every day.

Convenient location and on departure the staff (gentleman) was very friendly unlike the lady on arrival. Decent breakfast.

On arrival lasy receptionist was not at all friendly with the manner in which we were greeted and treated. Also, rooms booked were somewhat compromised and not what we'd requested and neither were the rooms ready with us made to wait for 20mins. Dirty towels (stained), damaged wardrobe, faulty windows with loose handles, marking on ceiling to suggest leak in past, etc... The sofa bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable with the feeling of spring digging in the back. The bed was not properly dressed with bed sheets coming loose due to size being too small to properly tuck in the sheet.
