The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Excellent comms. I was very grateful to have a call regarding my booking, when I was able to ask questions. A great system for checking in - we were potentially going to arrive very late and the check-in process accommodated that. We encountered a very friendly member of staff when checking out. Facilities very good - perfect for our needs. We'll stay again!

We had to park in the Sophia Gardens car park, and carry our bags the long way round. If we'd been in time to book parking (which is limited) that wouldn't have been a problem. On event days at the Principality Stadium, be aware that Sophia Gardens is used for event parking and get there early. Luckily we did!

For a last minute booking the Cow Hollow Hotel exceeded my expectations! The bed was very comfortable and it's well positioned in Northern Quarter. But the staff were wonderful and friendly, sweets on arrival and free Prosecco in the evenings made this a very enjoyable work trip.

Room was really comfy and clean, bathroom was a bit small and there wasn't a table so breakfast was a bit more awkward to eat

The scenery x 100,000.Glencoe definitely the best. Who needs to go abroad! Also the cable car up the Ben. Great, lots to do. Needs more than 2 days.

The amount of traffic!!!! And the bathroom door lock is far too stiff for elderly hands to turn. Also the filthy " humans" who are so disgusting that they dump their rubbish in laybys!!!!!

In summer a fan in the room would of been nice

Great location in the center of the town and near the river Thames.

A lot of stairs for the mature and those with mobility issues. No chairs, table or desk surface. Just a bed with two bedside tables, free standing wardrobe, TV, and narrow Tea/coffee making tray area. OK for a one night stay just to sleep. We were there for three nights. The TV volume was set at maximum 7, just impossible to hear sat on the beds. There was no Housekeeping. No Towel change, emptying of waste bins, or replenishing of the tea/coffee tray. Better value at Premier Inn and saving £140

I didn't like cocroaches, too many of them even in the fridge. Apartment was really dirty and quite noisy.
