  Well located. Nice decoration and the comon area was spacious ; 2 living-rooms so if you have noisy people in one of them , you can escape to the other side 😂 Stylish decoration and the room was cozy. I would come back They have instruments ! Guitar , bass and something else.

  Lovely hotel in a wonderful part of Leeds. Easy access to city centre, lots of options for breakfast and the staff really looked after you.

  I was a little concerned about one of the breakfast serving staff. She had her long hair tied up high in a ponytail and it was falling down either side of her head when she moved about. She was bringing bowls of food out, for example scrambled eggs and her hair was hanging over the bowls as she carried them. This had potential for a strand of hair to fall into the food.
