Great central location, spacious and clean apartment, basic tea/coffee facilities provided which was handy as we arrived late in the evening. We stayed for 5 nights, cleaners came every 2nd day to dress beds, change towels and bins. 5/10 min walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations and hop on/off buses. The area is residential so quiet in the evenings if you have small children but also close enough to a good selection of bars and restaurants for nighttime entertainment. There's a Nisa shop on the corner that has everything you need including luggage storage if you have a late flight.

Exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully laid out property. Well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor area. The bifold doors on the lounge allow you to fully immerse yourself with the outdoors indoors. My adult kids loved the games room.

Lack of windows! We woke at 8 in the morning, and it was still pitch black.

Cost was good for 2 nights. Useful numbers for taxis provided. More tea and milk provided when asked for.

Our room was so high we didn't have a window, a velux window was there but instead of being in use it had a stick on blind to cover it so the room was quite dark, velux in the bathroom was uncovered so brighter. There was a standing fan in use, im guessing as no fresh air. Very warm at night. Only a little mirror on the wall so no chance of checking outfit before leaving 😆.

No blackout curtains in room so was bright early. Alot of overnight noise, people wandering corridor with beeping noises, banging doors early hours and talking in corridors

Room did not look like the pictures at all. It was very tired and run down and we had to get through fire doors and stairs with all our baggage which wasn’t ideal. Not good value for money

Walls of the bedrooms were too thin. Kept awake by amorous couple next door. Music from next door pub heard through windows till 1am. No prior warning by host of accommodation. Mattress also needs to be changed as it sags in the middle.
