Light and spacious one bedroom apartment with an interesting layout. Located on the third floor you enter completely refurbished apartment. You enter into a long hallway with large spacious modern bathroom, small open plan kitchen/living room and at end of hallway a large bedroom with double doors leading out onto to a great roof terrace that wraps around the roof a great feature It has everything you need, was very clean and feels very comfortable. Located in the heart of Battersea on the high street. 10 minutes walk to Clapham Junction with a.multitude of buses from the high street

It is right next to a very busy intersection and traffic lights. Traffic noise can be heard day and night. If noise sensitive probably not a good choice The kitchen is small. It is well equipped but lacks bench and storage space

An effort had been made to add small details with labels in the room. Two glasses with a bottle of dark liquid on the desk with a label saying ‘take a sip’ although there was no description of what it was. Bathroom was presentable. Reception staff friendly.

We arrived earlier, dropped off our suitcase and went out to meet our son for dinner. The room on first appearance looked ok when we dropped our suitcase in. We came back at midnight and got ready for bed. The room was very warm so I took off the over blanket and folded it on the settee. When I looked back to the foot end of the bed, where I had removed the blanket there was a rather disgusting mark on the white quilt cover which looked like blood and several very long dark human hairs. I was somewhat shocked. Although we had asked for a room with our dog we would still expect it to be clean. I picked the long dark hairs off the quilt cover and having just driven 500 miles from Scotland was utterly exhausted and made the uncomfortable decision to gingerly climb into bed. Only to find white stains on the blue cushions. The bed felt unclean and I didn’t feel comfortable knowing what I was having to sleep on. A disgusting nights sleep due to dirty bedding. I did bring it up with the receptionist when we checked out but no one has contacted us.

The room was perfect! The staff welcomed us very well with balloons for the birthday of my mother ! The hotel is very clean and modern, and not far from transportation. I recommend

1 The smell. Really strong smell of mould, specially the bedding. Big mould behind the main door and above the bathroom window. We all had headaches 2 The door would keep us locked as it always got stuck 3 The chairs were very wobbly and broke down causing an accident 4 No cot available on the first night. My infant had a hard time because of the bedding smell and was sneezing and coughing all night 5 More cleaning supplies would’ve been appreciated: extra cloths, bags, paper towels, maybe a handheld vacuum cleaner
