Very friendly and helpful staff, I was allowed to dry my wet tent in the small patio. The kitchen has everything you need and more, incl. coffee and tea. Super clean and so lovely decorated, it's really a nice place to stay.

Location was great, very near the arena which was the purpose of our visit. Breakfast was lovely, they put the vegetarian hot food separate which was nice and my daughter loved the self serve pancake making machine.

It describes the room as having an air cooling system. It didn't. It was very warm, even with windows open. As it was in the centre of town, near clubs etc, it was so loud until about 3am. I couldn't sleep even with ear plugs. I tried closing the windows but they didn't provide a good sound barrier. The noise was ridiculous. Next time I'll look for a fully a/c hotel with decent windows to dull the noise. We also paid for an executive room. I think the only extra we got was water, coffee machine, dressing gown and slippers which we didn't use as it was so hot. The room was small. The toilet was separate to the rest of the bathroom in what can only be described as a snap cupboard. The sink was in the other part of the bathroom which was very strange.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. The hotel and the room was overall clean.

Lack of parking. Had to get up before 8am to move car. 5mins walk was uphill along a busy road. Bedding was cheap. Run down property Tap dripping, settee was basic, knife was broken on top, when I went the open the built in oven door the whole oven pulled out. To access the bathroom you had to go through a glass conservatory which has no blinds. One of main walkways to Blenheim was just over the wall making it not good in the evening when you need the light to walk through the conservatory to get to the bathroom ( which was a long way from the bedrooms) This is the most disappointing property we have used and are surprised that you haven't picked this up. Having used booking site many times but will have to rethink. Not suitable for any unable guests at all and not a restful environment as no luxury touches apart from Blenheim on the door step.

Few problems with the room. Couldn’t turn the TV on as the batteries in the remote had gone. But reception couldn’t change them as they didn’t have a screwdriver to back of the remote. Reception kindly offered for me to change rooms. The room I stayed in was extremely warm. It had a fan and could open the window but still it was uncomfortably warm.
