Fabulous breakfast, lots of options. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Excellent location. Lovely courtyard garden. The caravan was unique, very comfortable. A damaged window which was fixed quickly.

I was expecting it to be noisy as I stayed over the Eurovision weekend in a roof-top caravan, & it's a central location. It was really, really noisy. I had a few hours of quiet between the nearby nightclub closing & the street cleaning team beginning. Even with decent earplugs & a white noise app playing all night, I didn't sleep very well. Pack sleeping tablets.

Lovely room, great view, well-appointed kitchen. Easy walk into town centre (though I wouldn't want to do it alone in the dark). Great fitness room, really excellent breakfast. Staff all lovely.

Easy access, Clean, comfortable, quiet enjoyment, everything you would ever need was supplied within the property. off road parking also a plus and located close to local shops and main roads.

We paid £900 for 4 nights and there was No WIFI??? I do not remember it advertising no WIFI when I booked it so it may have changed after I booked it because I specifically look for this as we were travelling for business. Luck would have it my 4G worked. The TV only works off the internet as there is no cable to the aerial to again had to connect the TV to my phone which is not ideal. The system for messaging is poor. You get an e-mail with a message on it but its not at the top or obvious what the message is. Hence I missed the fact I had to sign paperwork, manually pay a deposit and send in ID. No messages on Booking.com app which would be much better! I mean I got there in the end but not a clear way of communicating with the Property Management company.

We travelled for work with colleagues - 3 out of 4 elevators did not work | unfriendly personnel, bad service on the rooftop bar | honestly you can find better value for your money!

Booked two single beds, but given a double bed, the maid helped us split the beds into singles, she was very helpful, the beds squeaked everytime you moved, dirty room. Breakfast was very nice., when booking out in the morning, receptionist said nothing further to pay, at 15.56 that afternoon £33.82 was debited from.my account, I have emailed the hotel to see why but they have not replied, on our trip to Scotland we stayed in a premiere Inn and that was a much more enjoyable stay...would I stay there again? Definitely not.
