Excellent location for the Connexin Live Arena which is just around the corner. Because its Wetherspoons the food and drinks are Wetherspoons prices. Nice shower, comfortable bed & pillows Roof patio on first floor with smoking area Hotel is great if only travelling as a couple

The Accessible double rooms are good on girst floor with disabled lift but there are no accessible family rooms so if you have a child 3 seperate lifts have to be taken to reach 2nd floor family room, on check in the staff member assisted me with 2 lifts but not the 3rd and doors were heavy and difficult for me to open. On this occasion I was very disappointed

The property is so central to everything, you just step out side your door and your In Leicester Square within 1 min walk. Fantastic location! The property was Clean, comfortable. We loved it and will definitely be booking here!

Only a few bits we could fault. The bedding for the sofa bed needs a little tlc and no iron board. Their was an iron and a little board in wardrobe that wasn’t adequate. We just used the bed to iron on which we didn’t mind as the price, location, and the apartment we could not fault!

Room was nicely decorated. Comfortable beds - 2 double beds for a twin room - American style. Appreciated the bath robes and slippers. Convenient restaurant and bar and ice cubes available to take away.

Breakfast was a little bit of a letdown. Had to wait for eggs, no mushrooms and toast had to go through several times or you ended up with warm bread

Slow to check me in for breakfast. Many of the options from the buffet breakfast were not filled (eggs, mushrooms, beans), though were quickly replenished once brought to their attention.
