Booked the room for my mum and myself and we loved it. The hotel is right next to the train station so it's EXCELLENT location, takes under a minute to walk probably. The room itself was very clean and tidy, and we really liked the biscuits and cookies in the room - very thoughtful. They also provided a fan in case we felt hot at night, and the windows opened all the way just in case. The staff were lovely too. Next time my mum visits Bath, I'll be booking this hotel again!

Since the hotel is on a very busy corner, we were disturbed by people being loud at night, but that's okay. Not a complaint, just something to keep in mind before you book.

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse, the house is modern, has everything you could possibly need and lovely space to relax and unwind. Great parking just outside the door and a five minute walk to the glider gets you in town quickly. The surrounding is great, a short walk to CS Lewis square, connswater and ballyhackamore with great restaurants.

I had an evening meal & breakfast and thought the quality of both was excellent. I had a pint of the Hobgoblin stout and thought this was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ideal for my needs with well stocked beverages, towels, washing products and a radiator which could be regulated.

Unfortunately I found the bed exceptionally soft and may require changing in my humble opinion.

The breakfast was excellent being freshly cooked. The proprietor was very efficient, helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage and our room were clean and tidy.

Great room, comfy bed, big shower, very comfortable and clean. My service at dinner was great on Sunday, Jake made me feel very welcome as a solo visitor.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Service was slightly less good on Tuesday morning at breakfast with groups prioritised.

Super accommodating host, ideally located if you're commuting into Salford. Apartment was clean and very comfy!

Pick-up location for the keys was a short walk away from the property - however doesn't deter from the absolute value for money for staying here

nothing. I thought the customer services was good until they lied and stopped all communication with us

the cleanliness of the apartment to start with wasn't up to scratch, there was food left on the floor, items in the kitchen not clean, the main bathroom still had excrement in it. however we could overlook all that until we pulled back a decorative pillow from the master which had what can only be described as dried sick all over the back of it. on contacting them via booking.com no one came to look or change the bedding so we had to strip the bed and sleep in the bed that had soiled things on it previously. I was then contacted by the managing director and asked to send proof, this was sent and offer of partial refund was given with lots of apologies. we accepted despite it ruining our stay however, we are yet to receive this after over 1 month and they have stopped all communication with us.

Great location, amazing facilities in the apartment, like a little home from home! Very welcoming.

The main areas were clean but under the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long long time.

Uncomplicated and good selection at breakfast.

nothing, except that we got out alive!

The water coming out of our taps was brown. When we raised this with reception, the person on the desk, there was no apology, and some nonsensical explanation about the water having been shut off somewhere else and only turned on now. They assured us it was safe... on being pressed a bit they clarified 'if it's boiled'. We were there staying there because we were running an ultramarathon the next day: obviously this requires hydration. We were not in a position to sit and wait to boil the tiny kettle to drink hot water. They did allow us to fill up bottles at the reception watercooler, but still said it as safe to drink if boiled. I said I simply don't want to drink brown water, boiled or not. This is S.E. England, not some disaster zone. Absolutely unacceptable, a horrible disgrace, rude staff. The beds were also uncomfortable and the corridors noisy late at night. A miracle we completed the ultramarathon the next day.
