A very cosy place. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Very comfortable bed and the bedroom overlooks a large garden. Centrally placed in the village in walking distance to two interesting pubs. We would go back again. Friendly hosts.

The staff were lovely and honestly you get what you pay for! The bed wasn’t that comfy and the view was a wall but let’s face it - I felt really safe and that’s what I wanted as a solo female traveller. Great location.

Excellent, clean and secure property, we’d travelled from Kent so it was nice that the owner had gone above and beyond to preserve a parking space on the forecourt of the property for us. Very grateful for that.

Couldn’t really fault the place, for a very small scale business, they went above and beyond for any of our needs. The breakfast although not a cooked one apart from sausages and boiled eggs was a more continental affair but it was professionally laid out and attention to detail was given. Any extra bit of advice we needed was offered and genuine. No security concerns at all for myself, my wife, my daughter and my niece.

I stayed 2 nights and can't fault anything. Central to all amenities. Room was very warm and had tea coffee water ect in rooms. Breakfast lots to choose from excellent. I will definitely be back.

My single room was up in the roof so there were slanting wooden beams to dodge whenever I moved around the room. Whilst I expect a single bed when I book a single room, I don't think the sink should be tiny just because there is only one of me!
